Just checked the forecast for Kottayam, India. Temps in the 90s with lows in the 70s. slight chance of Rain on Wednesday and Thursday. Quite a change from Atlanta.
It is finally here. Thursday is the big day. Meet at the Church at 10:00 AM. 10:30 AM head to Hartsfield-Jackson Airport. Fly from Atlanta to New York (JFK). From New York to Dubai, from Dubai to Cochi, IN. Take a 2 hour bus ride to Kottayam. All this in 35 hours.
India is 10 hours 30 minutes ahead of Atlanta. So... 1:oo PM in Atlanta is 11:30 PM in India.
I had my stress test. NO blockage. NO BLOCKAGE of my heart.
It's on to India. I leave in 6 days.
Still boggles my mind. I checked on the flight of my other compatriots last night at midnight. They left JFK at 11:00 so they had been in the air for an hour. I go to bed sleep 6 hours and just now check. They are about 3 hours away from Dubai. amazing.
Well... I saw the cardiologist on Thursday. After lots of talking and questions and prodding I had two choices, or should I say the Doctor said I had two options (not my choice but his) either a Heart Catheterization or a Nuclear Stress Test. Thank goodness he chose the second one. I get to have a stress test on Wednesday the 8. It will last about 4 hours. I was told to bring my work out clothes.
Pray for me. Thursday I see a cardiologist. I Had a Calcium score CT Scan last week. anything above 401 is BAD!!! My score 2211. Tomorrow I see a cardiologist and hopefully I will be able to travel to India.
